Dr. Courtney founded CLT & Associates in 2011 after leading c-suite learning think tanks and more than 10,000 hours of dialogue with senior executives. Over the past decade she has shared her expertise with clients through her keynote presentations, learning experiences, and books, How to Win Students and Inspire Them and The Uncommon Coach. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education from Alabama State University; Master of Public Administration from Troy University; Educational Specialist in Brain Based Teaching and Doctorate of Education in Instructional Technology from Nova Southeastern University. She also is certified in Prosci ADKAR Change Management, Inclusive and Ethical Leadership, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
